    Order minimums

    Many 3PLs won't talk to you until you ship 500 or 1,000 orders a month. If you're not there yet, you're not worth their time.

    Shipping labels are separate and depend on your package sizes and where your customers are. We rate-shop carriers on every order to keep that number down.

    When we're not the right fit

    Better to know now than three months in.

    • You need inventory split across several warehouses around the country. We run one warehouse.
    • You need highly specialized handling we don't offer, like cold storage. Ask and we'll tell you straight.
    • You want the absolute lowest price no matter the service. We're fairly priced, not the cheapest on the internet.
